If an organization forgets its TDB Online login password, it can be restored by going to 'Having trouble logging in? -> Reset Password'. To do this, enter your username in the Username field -> click Continue -> enter the organization's registration number -> click Continue
Next, without closing the window, select your verification method to restore your password.

Clicking the Reset button will display a field to create a new password, where you can create your password according to the security rules. If remote restoration is not possible, you can unblock your login or transaction password by visiting a branch with an official corporate request letter along with a valid  ID or passport.
