If you are using TDBO banking, you can log in to your account, go to Cards > Order Card, select your preferred card type, and place a new order.

If you are not registered for TDB Online services, you can order a new card by calling the contact center at 1800-1977 from your registered phone number, or by visiting any convenient branch with a valid ID card or international passport.

Additionally, if you are abraod and you are not able to come to the branch in person, please send your card reorder request to [email protected] from your email address registered with the bank.
