The “Global Banking & Finance Review” organization in the United Kingdom, which annually recognizes the best banks in global banking and finance industry, named the Trade and Development Bank as the “Best Commercial Bank in Mongolia” for 2013, awarding them a trophy and certificate.
On 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Social Insurance Service in Mongolia, Trade and Development Bank was recognized as the " Top National-Employer-Social Insurance Payer” " for its outstanding contribution to ensuring social security for its employees by fulfilling its obligations under the Social Insurance Law. This award was jointly organized by the General Department of Social Insurance, the Mongolian Employers' Federation, and The Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions.
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) recognized Trade and Development Bank for its outstanding contribution to the two-phase loan project, "Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and Environmental Protection," which is being implemented through seven Mongolian commercial banks. The award was presented in recognition of TDB's role in providing 16 billion MNT in loans during the second phase of the project, leading both in the total amount of loans issued and in the effective utilization of those loans.
On August 24th of this year, an awards ceremony was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Macau, organized by FinanceAsia, Asia's leading financial magazine, to honor the best in the banking and financial sector. A key highlight of this year’s event was the introduction of the "Best Bank of Mongolia" award, presented for the first time after conducting assessments of Mongolian banks over the last three years. The selection was based on factors such as international recognition, reputation, scope of operations, and financial capacity.

Trade and Development Bank was awarded as a “LEADER IN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY” by the Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants, recognizing its significant contribution to the development and progress of Mongolia and its high level of social responsibility.
The award was accompanied by the “For a Strong Mongolia” trophy and certificate.

Global Trade Review, a magazine specializing in international trade news, hosted its “Asia Leaders in Trade 2011” competition to select the best trade finance banks in each country. The competition featured top banks from 26 countries, and Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia was recognized as the best trade finance bank in Mongolia for 2011.
Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency of Mongolia (FIFTA), the government implementing agency celebrated its 15th anniversary and during the ceremony FIFTA selected the Best Foreign Investment supporting organizations for the promotion and facilitation of foreign direct investment and foreign trade in Mongolia.
