Collateral	Above MNT 50.0 million (requires additional real estate collateral)
Loan Service Fees	0.5% (min MNT 50 000)

Requirement

Must have been in stable operation over the past year.
Must be a TDB POS merchant with regular income over the last 6 months.

For Individuals:

Loan application (available at TDB branch or download here.)
Notarized copy of ID (required for both applicant and co-applicant)
Rental Agreement, Account Statements, and Inventory Balances
Marriage certificate (or unmarried status document)

For Companies:

Loan application (available at TDB branch or download here.)
State registration certificate
Company charter
Rental agreement, Account Statements, and Inventory Balances
Other required documents (operating permits, licences, etc.)

Recommendations

Business Loan

The principal can be used for working capital and investment purposes.

Micro Business Loan

This loan is for retail traders, tdb pos, merchant individuals and business entities with no requirements of fixed collateral.

Women Entrepreneurship Loan

A loan designed to support the activities of organizations dominated by women business owners and women executives/employees to fund their working capital and investment needs.
