Requirement

Must have been in stable operation over the past year.
Must be a TDB POS merchant with regular income over the last 6 months.

Notarized copies of IDs (required for both applicant and co-applicant)
Rental Agreement, Account Statements, and Inventory Balances
Marriage certificate (or documents proving unmarried status)
