You can make online purchase with domestic E-merchants which accept TDB cards. If you making an online purchase from International web site, you have to have a international visa card of TDB.
What should I do If I forgot my pin code?
You can come to any branch of TDB with your ID and have your pin code reset. If you are abroad, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and have your pin code reset.
You are able to get the new pin code of your card from TDB Online.
What should a customer do if his card is retained in an ATM in abroad?
First of all, you should phone (976) 70161988 number and block your card for a while. If you can not make a phone call, please send an email to [email protected]. According to International Visa Card Rule, a retained card can not be given back to the customer, so please send mail to [email protected] from your registered email address in our banking system and request a new card to be issued.
What should a customer do if she/he lost her/his card?
If you are in Mongolia
As soon as you find out that you have lost your card, please contact Customer Information Center at phone number 18001977 and block your card. You can also come to any branch of TDB with your ID and block your lost card. If you are a TDB online service user, you can block and unblock your card accessing your online account.
If you are abroad
Please call at phone number +(976) 70161988 number and block your card. If you can not make a phone call, please send an email to [email protected].
How do I make a transactio when it appeared an error "Unable to make this transaction please contact the bank"?
You should call 1800-1977 or / 70161988 from abroad / or write an e-mail to [email protected] by phone or e-mail registered with the bank and get advice.
What If I forgot my username and bank registered e-mail address?
If you forgot your user name, you can call 1800-1977 from the bank-registered phone number or go to nearest branch of our bank with your identification ID.
How to add a new account to TDB Online?
It will be added automatically if the customer opens a new account in TDB Online. If you have opened a new account by visiting the branch, log in your TDB Online service and select account settings from the "my account" then add your account.
How do I make a transaction when it appeared an error "didn't provide rights to do this operation"?
TDB Online service has the following types of package:
Online Info - Checking your account
Online Plus - Daily transaction limit of 200 million MNT
Online Premium - Daily transaction limit of 500 million MNT
If there appeared an error "didn't provide rights to do this operation", it means you are using Online info service. So please get registered in Online Plus or Online Premium.
What should I do If my TDB online service is expired?
You can also go to the nearest branch of our bank with your official letter to authorized employee of the organization.
You should send your official letter to [email protected] by e-mail registered with the bank.
What should I do If I forgot my TDB Online transaction password?
If you forgot corporate transaction password please go to the nearest branch of our bank with your official letter to get the new transaction password.
