The Board of Directors of Trade and Development Bank JSC, by Resolution No. 14 dated March 23, 2026, resolved to distribute a dividend of MNT 692.00 (six hundred ninety-two) per one common share to all shareholders from the Bank’s net profit for 2025.
The record date of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend was set as April 3, 2026. In accordance with the permission granted by the Bank of Mongolia, the shareholders’ dividends, in the amount net of withholding tax, had transferred to the account of the “Central Securities Depository”. The Central Securities Depository will credit the dividend to your account within 3 business days.
