Key Responsibilities and Experience Requirements
- Lead and Manage cross functional teams responsible for end to end delivery of the program
- Collaborate with Key stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and guide project team members towards project timelines and deliverables
- Manage, record and resolve all Risks and Issues that arise during project execution with minimal impact
- Manage vendor coordination with multiple implementation partners
- Oversee change management and business readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Regularly report to executive leadership and steering committees on program status, milestones and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance and quality assurance standards.\
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within the PMO and extended project teams including vendors
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT, Finance or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience managing major information technology projects (system implementation, modernization, integration)
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or telecommunications sectors would be an advantage
- Experience with Temenos products such as Transact, Infinity or other Temenos suite of products, would be an advantage.
- Professional certifications in project management such as PMP, Agile, Scrum would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, their architecture, and operating principles
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and system implementation phases
- Ability to identify and manage technical, integration, and migration risks
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with multi-stakeholder groups including management, business teams, technology teams, and client organizations
- Proficient communication skills in foreign languages (both verbal and written)
