A high-level discussion on “Strengthening Multilateral Partnerships within the Framework of Energy Transition to Reduce Energy and Oil Dependence” was held at the Parliament House. (2026.02.06)

 The discussion focused on five main sessions, with the third session focusing mainly on green finance and expanding foreign sustainable financing sources. During the session, Randolph S Koppa, Chairman of the Representative Governing Board of Trade and Development Bank (TDB), delivered a presentation on “Opportunities to Increase Green Financing,” and Orkhon O, CEO of TDB, participated in the panel session on “Green Finance and Markets: Mobilizing Capital for Energy Transition”.

TDB is working toward its long-term strategic goal of becoming a green bank, with continued emphasis on strengthening the readiness for the energy transition, supporting the growth of the green financing market and expanding green resource allocation.
