ORKHON. O

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Orkhon was appointed as CEO of TDB in January, 2016. He’s been working at TDB since 2007 and has held positions of First Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CEO. Mr. Orkhon has spent most of his career with TDB, but left between 2004 and 2007 (during the ING advisory years) to take the position of CEO at Ulaanbaatar City Bank.

Mr. Orkhon graduated with a bachelor's degree in Banking and economy from the School of Economics of the National University of Mongolia in 1997. Then in 2003, he received a master's degree from the University of Wales in UK.

ENKHMEND.A

First Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Enkhmend is a First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Operation of TDB since 2020. She has been working in the banking and financial sector since 2002, mostly in management positions, including CFO, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Science and Technology and graduated from the University of Finance and Economics with a degree in finance and accounting. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector.

BANZRAGCH. O

First Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Banzragch has been appointed as First Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Working in the banking and financial sector for 23 years, Banzragch has held positions of Marketing Manager, Product manager of asset, Head of Business banking department, Deputy  CEO and First Deputy CEO.

He is graduate of Economics School of National University of Mongolia and holds bachelor's degree in Banking and economy.

MARTIJN DE JONG

First Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Marjin De Jong is an alumni from Harvard Business School in 2018 after graduating from the Advanaced Management Program - an exclusive strategy and leadership development for senior Global leaders. In addition, he has obtained the LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation at Stanford Universityin 2016, the Venture Capital Due Diligence Certificate at Columbia University in 2013, and he received a master’s degree in international economics from Maastricht University, the Netherlands in 2000. Additionally, he has certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Project Management, PMP, PRINCE2, and blockchain applications. 

Since 1998, he has fulffiled a number of global leadership roles in Mobile Telco, Insurance and Asset Management. From 2019 he served as Chief Digital & Data Officer for global banks and investment companies, and most recently working as a private equity consultant and venture capital advisor. Starting January 20, 2025, he has been appointed as the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for digital banking development in Trade and Development bank of Mongolia. 

SOLONGO. Ch

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Solongo has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Since 2004, she has held the positions of Chief Financial  Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the banking and financial system.

She is graduate of Institute of International Relations of the National University of Mongolia, the Institute of Public Administration and Management Development with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 1999. Then in 2006 she graduated the School of Finance and Economics of Mongolia with a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting.

GANBAYAR.Ts

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr.Ganbayar has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Working in the banking and financial sector for 21 years, he has held several positions, including the Head of the Law department.

He is graduate of Economic School of National University of Mongolia and holds bachelor's degree in economic statistics and later received another bachelor's degree from Otgontenger Law School of Mongolia.

MUNKHNAST. P

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Munkhnast is a Deputy Chief Executive Officer since 2021. Working in the banking and financial system more than 20 years, he has held several positions, including the Head of the Retail banking department. 

He is graduate of Economic School of National University of Mongolia and holds bachelor’s degree in accountant and he studied in Australia.

GANTUMUR. L

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gantumur has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Working for more than 20 years in several positions, including the Head of the Treasury department. 

He is graduate of University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia and holds bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned an MBA from Macquarie University in Australia.

GANTSETSEG. G

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Gantsetseg has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from June, 2020.

Working in the banking and financial system for 22 years. Gantsetseg began her professional journey at Zoos bank and Mongol Post bank as an economist and regional manager in 2002. As an accomplished  banking professional with extensive experience, she held the positions of Branch manager, Head of department and Deputy CEO of the Ulaanbaatar city bank from 2013 to 2020.

She graduated Ulaanbaatar University with a degree in Business Management in 2003 and earned Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business management from the Academy of Management. Also she studied in the USA.

BAATAR. S

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Baatar has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Since 2004, he has worked in the banking and financial system more than 20  years as an Information Technology Specialist, Head of division, Head of department and Deputy CEO.

He is graduate of University of telecommunication in Novosibirsk, Russia with a bachelor's degree in radio and communication engineering in 1994 and has a bachelor's degree in software engineer from the University of Science and Technology of Mongolia in 2001.

SERGELEN. N

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ms.Sergelen has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 16 June 2024. Since 2019 she has worked as Head of Foreign Affairs department, Head of International and institution department and Head of the Foreign Funding Management and Control Department.

She is a graduate of University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia and Oxford Brooke University in Great Britain with a bachelor's degrees in accounting. 

SEONMYUN AHN

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Seonmyun Ahn graduated from Bachelor of Science, Public Accounting, Northwest Missouri State University in May 2005 and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. He has been appointed as the Deputy CEO for Consumer Digital Banking at Trade Development Bank, effective March 16, 2026.

At FWD Group, as a Vice President of Generative AI and Digital Platforms based in Hong Kong, he had worked closely with Group Chief Officer, Generative AI and Digital Platforms in Digital Leadership Team rolling out FWD Cube, unified seller application with Generative AI features, in local countries. At Standard Chartered Bank, as a head of Digital Commerce, he was a part of Greater China and North Asia (GCNA) Region as a GCNA Digital Team.

An innovative, yet disciplined and collaborative digital business expert with 20+ years’ experience in multi-national financial institutions, Mr. Seonmyun Ahn is specialized in fast-changing financial industry focusing on establishing concrete revenue stream, new market entry, team building and building best in class customer experience in countries and regions.

ENKHTUYA. D

Head of Financial Department

Ms. Enkhtuya has been appointed as the Head of the Financial Management and Control Department from July 2019.

Working in the banking and financial system for 28 year, she began her professional journey at Ard bank as an economist and from 1997, she was an economist at the Trade and Development Bank, Head of the Financial Reporting and accounting unit, Deputy head of the Financial Management and Control Department.
