To become a merchant for the service, the following requirements must be met:
- The individual or business must be operating legally within the territory of Mongolia, with a real, owned, or leased property.
- The merchant must not sell any products or services that are prohibited by law.
- The merchant must agree to the terms and conditions of the merchant agreement and the applicable regulatory standards.
- The merchant should not be involved in any financial crimes or illegal financial activities.
