For the first time in Mongolia, the Trade and Development Bank implemented the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Service Excellence ISO 23592:2021 standards by AFNOR Group, a World Standards Certification Organization based in the Republic of France, and received its official certificate.
The Trade and Development Bank became pioneer in leading banking and service sector into implementing the Service excellence ISO 23592:2021 standard presented by the ISO organization in 2021, which is aligned with the bank’s strategy and goals, for the first time in Mongolia. Therefore, we will follow all instructions and policies in our operations to deliver products and services that exceed customer expectations and improve service quality.
Also, during the event, 24 employees of the bank participated in 3 module internal auditor training and successfully passed the professional exam and received the “Integrated management system internal auditor” certificate.
The Trade and Development Bank is working to provide its customers with products and services that in the retail market demands and technology, innovation with simple method.
