To get registered in TDB online service from abroad, you need an assurance. You can make an assurance to a person in Mongolia. And the authorized person can come to TDB branch and make you registered in TDB online service.
ОТР is an application that generates One Time Password. After entering login name and login password, there appears a space for OTM password. In that space please enter the OTP password which consists of 6 digits. This password is valid for only 30 seconds and you should get new password everytime you use TDB online plus service.
Serial number and activation code will be required.
Activation code: it will be sent to your email address.
Serial number: this number is written in your contract when you get registered in TDB online plus service for the firts time.
If you lost your contract, please visit TDB branch.
An individual: You should call 19001977 number /+976-70161988 from abroad/or write an email to info@tdbm.mn. And you can come to any TDB branch in person.
A corporation: You can write a formal request to email address info@tdbm.mn from a registered address in our banking system. Or the authorized representative officer can come to any TDB branch with a formal request.
You can recover your login password by clicking section "forgot password" in www.ebank.mn. A new password will be sent to your registered email.
Transaction password can not be provided from distance. So please come to a branch of our bank.
When your service is expired, annual charge of this service is charged from your account automatically and your service is extended. Due to the insufficient account balance, automatic extention can be cancelled. In this case, please visit a branch of our bank in person with your identification ID.
There are three kinds of TDB online services.
1.Online - No permission to make transaction
2.Online Plus - Daily transaction limit of 10 million tugrik
3.Online Premium - Daily transaction limit of 500 million tugrik
If there appeared an error "you do not have a permission to do this action", it means you are using Online service. So please get registered in Online plus or Online Premium set.
It will not be enabled automatically. You should visit TDB branch in person to subscribe to the online services.
If you are in Mongolia
As soon as you find out that you have lost your card, please contact Customer Information Center at phone number 19001977 and block your card. You can also come to any branch of TDB with your ID and block your lost card. If you are a TDB online service user, you can block and unblock your card accesing your online account.
If you are abroad
Please call at phone number +(976) 70161988 number and block your card. If you can not make a phone call, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn.
First of all, you should phone (976) 70161988 number and block your card for a while. If you can not make a phone call, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn. According to International Visa Card Rule, a retained card can not be given back to the customer, so please send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your registered email address in our banking system and request a new card to be issued.
You can come to any branch of TDB with your ID and have your pin code reset. If you are abroad, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn from your registered email address and and have your pin code reset.
You can make online purchase with domestic E-merchants which accept TDB cards. If you making an online purchase from International web site, you have to have a international visa card of TDB.
Most importantly, please check security of the website. Especially, websites of USA and Canada only receive cards of banks which operate in USA and Canada. Information required in making an online purchase are: card number, CVV code and expiration date of the card. If the website uses Verified By Visa service, internet pin code will be required in purchase.
You can get internet pin code at any ATM of TDB or at branch. If there is no ATM nearby you, you can phone 19001977 or send an email to info@tdbm.mn and have a new internet pin code.
If the ATM is located in the TDB branch.
You can show to the officer of our branch your ID and return your card.
If the ATM of TDB is not located in a TDB branch
Your card will be colleted by the TDB officer and transffered to TDB Head office. You can check if your card has been received at TDB Head office at phone number 19001977, if yes you can collect it from the Head office.
If the ATM belongs to other commercial banks:
You can check whether your card is transferred to TDB Head office by making a call at phone number 19001977. After your card is transferred to the Head office, you can your card from TDB Head office.

If you are an user of TDB online or Most money service.
Please login to these service and get your balance statement.
If you are not registered in these services, please visit any TDB branch with your ID and get registered.
If you are an user of SMS banking service:
Information of every successful transaction of your card will be sent to your mobile phone automatically.
If you are not registered in this service, you can get registered in following ways: -By making a call to phone number 19001977.
-By sending an email to info@tdbm.mn -By visiting any TDB branch with your ID.
To get a balance statement from TDB branch
You can visit any TDB branch with your ID and have balance statement.
You should send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your email address that is registered in our bank.
When you use SMS banking service, your account number will be sent to your phone. To get registered in this service you can make a phonecall at 19001977 or send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your registered phone number or email address. You can find out your account number by visiting TDB branch with your ID.
If you can not visit a branch of our bank while you are in countryside or abroad, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn or send message to 133133 number from your registered email address or phone number.

By calling 19001977 number.
By coming to TDB branch.
If you are a TDB online service user, you can get registered in Most money via your TDB online service. Otherwise you have to visit TDB branch in person.
You should call 19001977 number or write an email to info@tdbm.mn to unblock it. You can also visit any TDB branch in person.
You can get a new password by clicking "Forgot my password" tab on www.mostmoney.mn
You should visit any TDB branch with your ID. If you can not visit a branch, you can also send a request to info@tdbm.mn from your email address that is registered in our banking system.
Please send a text "off" to 579. Then send a text "on" to 579. New menu will be set up. If you can not set it up, please contact 11-31-5757 during 09:00-18:00.
Interbank transfers in different currencies are not processed instantly. A transaction executed before 15:30 will be transferred to recipents account 1-2 hours later, and if the transaction is executed after 15:30, it will be executed in next working day.
After getting registered in Sms banking service you can check your balance, make enquiries and get information of every successful transaction of your card via SMS. It will be sent to your mobile phone automatically.

If you send a text "ATM BGD or ATM CHD e.g" to number 133133, you will receive information about location of ATMs in the related district. If you send a text "BGD, KHUD e.g" to number 133133, you will receive information about location of Branches in the related district.
Please login to your TDB online service and click the section "Location" to get detailed information about ATM and branches.
Please login to your Most Money service and click the section named "Location" in the screen to get detailed information about ATM locations.
Transaction with amount of under MNT 1 million is to be executed and transferred to the beneficiary’s account instantly. Transaction with over 1 million MNT that is done before 15:30 will be transferred to receivers account in 1-2 hours later. If this kind of transaction is done after 15:30, it will be done on the next working day.
Interbank transfers in different currencies are not processed instantly. A transaction executed before 15:30 will be transferred to recipents account 1-2 hours later, and if the transaction is executed after 15:30, it will be received in next working day.
You can get services in branch only by using ID or passport.
IBAN number is only used in Europian countries, TDB IBAN number is ……………... If you want to receive a transfer into TDB account, you need the TDB SWIFT code …………………...
Transactions to "Turiin San" can be done only during working hours of ……………....
Information of recipent should be in English. When you make transfers to China, you have to attach the copy of Chinese Characters.
Usually international transfers are done within 1-3 working day.
