	Partnerships and cooperatives as well as citizens who have returned from jobs in a foreign country	Up to MNT 25 million

Interest rate (MNT)		Annual 8.5%
Term		Up to 36 months
Service fee		0.5 % (min 50 000 MNT)
Grace period		Up to 6 months

• The loan applicant must be a self-employed person or a small business owner
• Only customers who are residents of Ulaanbaatar
• To be solvent and must have been running in the business at least 6 months;
• Shall not have any classified non-performing loan history from other banks and NBFI and any outstanding past due loans;
• Other requirements from TDB.
• To have attended the business project development training organized by the district employment office of Ulaanbaatar city;
• Have a project plan;/ To have ability of creating and maintaining full-time jobs under the project;/
• Must have a “reference letter” stating that participated the tender organized by Working group under the district employment office, and selected and supported by them;
