UN is urging all governments to take "all appropriate public health measures" to keep people safe from the deadly disease with a particular focus on vulnerable groups and children. Children and families who are already in a vulnerable group are particularly at high-risk.
Therefore, in these challenging times, to overcome this pandemic safely TDB the country's biggest corporate bank has donated 100 million MNT worth of anticontamination health products package to 10,000 children staying at home.
The health products package was co-distributed by local development program staffs of World Vision Mongolia and TDB employees to low-income families in eight districts of Ulaanbaatar city and rural areas. These families and children selected on the basis of World Vision International's detailed analysis of low-income families and special needs children.
