Visa Worldwide has awarded Trade and Development Bank with “Deep Partnership” award for the long and successful partnership since 1992. The award was presented to the CEO Mr. Orkhon by the Group Country Manager of Northeast Asia, Tom Tobin.
Trade and Development Bank firstly introduced Visa payment services for businesses in Mongolia, in 1992 and in 2001 by providing the first Visa cards to the market, enabled Mongolians to process international payments around the world.
Moreover, by introducing high-end Visa Platinum and Visa Business, loan cards in 2005, Lady Loyalty, the first exclusive Visa card for women in 2006, EMV chip technology, a high standard security measure, in 2010, EUR currency international Visa cards in 2014, Visa Corporate, loan cards in 2015 and MNT currency international Visa cards in 2016, Trade and Development Bank in cooperation with Visa Worldwide provides the latest payment technologies and services used around the world.
