Escrow account TDB offers this service to protect its customers from the risks associated with fixed asset selling or purchase. It is a special account that helps to reduce risk between business partners, based on an agreement between the buyer, seller and the bank.
The agreement involves certain terms and conditions for the buyer to credit the Escrow account with funds, and for the seller to be able to receive these funds. Through deposits made to the Escrow account in buying or selling valuable properties or services, one can be protected from risks.
To open an Escrow account, the customer is recommended to bring
- personal ID
- the agreement between the buyer and seller.
