SMEs have many strengths, for example, creating employment, becoming a basis for poverty alleviation, boosting healthy market competition, and innovating. Although the legal environment, necessary infrastructure and general taxation policy are not yet developed in support of the SME, the demand for financing and loans is tremendous.
